Bicycles, "batuda" and flowers scattered the clouds

The weekend behind us was another very active and fun weekend on the Riviera Crikvenica.
It all started on Friday 13th of September, when the center of Crikvenica was decorated by beautiful flowers and plants from the Flower Festival participants. What followed was a benefit concert for abandoned pets, and the participants were the children from primary schools “Zvonko Car” and “Vladimir Nazor”, Italian folklore group from Sardinia "Gruppo folk Ampuriesu" and "Gruppo folk Lu Rizzatu" singing choir "Sveta Jelena", "Puntape "and" Kirice, cultural club " Dr. Antun Barac "and Marija Kukuljan.
Saturday's was marked by the festival of flowers and preparations for the first XCM cycling marathon "Crikvenica," which began on Sunday morning. Fragrant flowers, sports spirit of the participants in the cycling marathon and happy teams who cooked “batuda” on the first cooking contest with the motto "Support sport – we treat you with “batuda!" dispersed the rain clouds and cheeres up the visitors and residents of the Riviera Crikvenica.
